Buy-in CEO Opportunity in Distribution

The Journey of a buy-in CEO:

• Shaping, evaluating and driving the company's vision and strategic growth opportunities.
• Take on the daily management of the company.
• Driving growth through marketing and sales initiatives.

• Experience with a distribution business model, preferably the distribution of raw materials.
• Strong analytical capabilities and ability to make informed, strategic decisions.
• Demonstrated organization and leadership excellence.
• Master's degree, preferably in business, science, or engineering.
• Entrepreneurial drive: a passion for achieving succes and driving business growth.
• Long-term commitment: motivated to be part of a long-term project, with a clear exit opportunities.
• Financial commitment: willingness to co-invest.
