Management Buy-In opportunity in Building and Construction

• Play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company's vision and growth strategy
• Take on the daily management of the company
• Implement strategic and operational initiatives to enhance commercial performance and grow turnover

• Identify and assess potential acquistition targets for strategic expansion, assisted by the Companions team
• Provide regular reports to the Companions team regarding the company's performance and vision, while seeking support when necessary.
