Your contribution
- Researching and recommending various investment opportunities, by market research, company research and data analysis.
- Support in the due-diligence process once an investment opportunity is identified and assist in deal-making.
- Monitor portfolio companies and maintain up-to-date financial results.
- Give financial support to our portfolio companies (e.g., analyzing add-on opportunities).
- Contribute to operational improvements of our portfolio companies where needed.
We are looking for
- Strong financial accounting skills or the curiosity to learn them
- Excellent analytical skills
- Someone with (basic) knowledge of corporate finance concepts or the curiosity to learn about them
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in English. Fluency in Dutch and French are nice to have.
- The ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks under time constraints
- A passion for learning new things and a natural intellectual curiosity
- A team player who views success as the success of the team
- No prior experience in private equity is needed
